The domestic set: fourteen dates, all current at once
For a standard domestic run, DocVigia's Mexico catalog asks the tractor for nine document types, the trailer for four, and the driver for one licence. A unit is not compliant because most of these are current — it is compliant because all fourteen are.

By trip type
The domestic set is the baseline. Three trip types change it — and holding a unit for a document its trip does not require is the fastest way to lose the driver's trust in the checkpoint.
- Unit type changes the set too. A dolly is not a tractor with fewer documents — it is its own row with its own required set.
- The catalog is editable, not fixed. Twelve document types, five unit types and four trip types ship as the Mexico starting pack. Add a document type, change who owns its renewal, or rebuild the whole catalog.
- A checklist is a snapshot. Printing this solves today. It says nothing about the policy that lapses in six weeks unless something is still watching the date in six weeks — that is what the alerts are for.

Who should own renewing each document?
