Built by people who watched a truck get fined for a piece of paper.

DocVigia is made by Opalina Technologies S.A. de C.V. for transport and logistics companies whose operation runs on paperwork — renewals, verifications, gate checks and audits — and whose margin does not survive a fine for a document that expired last week.

The problem

Nobody loses a document. They lose the date on it.

Every fleet already has its papers somewhere — a folder, a shared drive, a filing cabinet behind the dispatcher. What none of those places can tell you is which unit cannot leave the yard this morning, and who was supposed to renew the document that stopped it.

  • The fine is the cheap part. A unit turned back at an inspection point is a load that arrives late, a customer that hears about it, and a driver paid for a day of standing still.
  • Renewals have no owner. A policy belongs to finance, a licence to HR, a circulation card to fleet. When the reminder is a shared spreadsheet, it belongs to nobody.
  • The gate is the last place to find out. And it is the only place where finding out still costs nothing.
How we work

Three commitments, and one we will not make.

Mission

No compliance surprises

Nothing about a fleet's paperwork should be discovered at a checkpoint. If DocVigia is doing its job, the gate is a formality.

Approach

Configurable, not hard-coded

Document types, unit types, trip types, roles and the requirement matrix are catalogs you edit. Mexico ships as a starting set, not as the system.

Promise

Your data stays yours

Each company's data is isolated from every other, access is scoped by role and by site, and an export is a button — including on the way out.

What DocVigia is not

It is not a GPS or telematics platform. It does not track where a truck is, how fast it is going or how much fuel it burned, and it does not plan routes or manage loads. If that is the problem, a TMS or a telematics provider is the honest answer, and DocVigia is happy to sit beside one.

Talk to us

A real address, answered by the people who build it.

There is no contact form here on purpose. Write to [email protected] — a demo, a question about whether your documents fit, a quote for a fleet larger than the pricing page covers — and it reaches the same small team.
